
I can't eat the soup anymore! the vegatables just gross me out
. Does anyone know if I can just drink the soup and not eat the vegetables and get the same results?

Hi there,
You probably will still be able to lose the weight because of the decreased calories being consumed during the week, but the soup without the vegetables will deprive your body of the nutrients you need and the positive benefits of the vegetables. So, it wouldn't be as nutritious for you. I'd say stick to the original recipe, 1 week goes by fast!

Without the veggies you dont get the fiber either to cleanse the bowels. Get creative with them, Go Mexican stir fry or Oriental with soy sauce or Cajun with gumbos. Any spice or herb. Peppers, sauces that are not creamed, horseradish, the list is endless. I cook the soup and the cabbage separately cause the soup is better that way and eat a small bowl of cabbage on the side....Get to thinking of all the flavors you do like and incorporate it in your veggies. Starting day 6 this a.m. Just got up and 7 pounds down and I didnt have a bm yesterday or this morning yet...Amazing....Trust the system please.....

Have you tried blending it and watering it down then it is all like a liquid so that way you drink the vegetables as opposed to eating them.

HI ITS TAKEN ME ALL WEEK BUT I HAVE A SOUP IM ENJOING MMMMM I HATED THE FIRST ONE I MADE GROSS CRAP JUST EXPERIMENT AND ITLL GET BETTER TRUST ME.I ADDED PUMPKIN DIDNT PUT IN CELLERY I THINK THAT WAS MAKING THE SMELL THAT MADE ME SICK JUST CRUNCH ON THAT STILL WORKING HAD LOST 3KG TWO DAYS AGOE AND FEEL IVE LOST MORE BUT AM WAITING FOR LAST WEIGH IN CHEERS
