
Hey Everyone!
I'm new and this is my first post EVER!
So, I'm a vegetarian, and I was wondering about the beef days, is there anything I can do to substitute it? Should I just skip out? I eat NO meat AT ALL! No chicken, fish, NOTHIN! Thanks guys!

Other Vegans have done this diet and have used Tofu on the meat days. You could probably use whatever protein you normally use in replacement to meat. Soy perhaps?

yeah! i'm totally in the same boat you are! i don't eat any meat, eggs, or dairy (barring a bit of cheese every once in a while) and i absolutely hate bananas with a passion. as this is only my first day - had a bowl of cherries for breakfast/lunch (i was able to sleep in this morning) which makes this the best diet ever - i haven't exactly perfected my method, but i'm pretty sure i will eat smart dogs (45 calories) and vegan boca burgers (70 calories). other than that, i think it will be day two repeating until infinity
