Okay so I was really struggling yesterday, I've had to servings today. My friend who lost 50 lbs in 3 months used this csd and ate no carbs, she suggested I put some low fat cheese or feta in it, so I did and it tasted awesome!!! Thsi may help some of you who are struggling.
Almost done day 2 now. I went on teh scale and I am a little surprised, down 3.5??? Do you think that is possible?
My stomache hasn't hurt nearly as much today from gas, and I haven't had to run to teh bathroom every few min. so taht is a releif, still going lots, but not as much as yesterday.

I'm on day 3 and have lost only one pound. I'm eating MUCH more soup than the daily other things I'm supposed to. I think the soup is just wonderful and I'm wondering if I didn't make it correctly. Other people have mentioned that they don't like it. Mine is so stuffed with so many veggies and I did use the optional V8 juice and it's so good! I worry perhaps that I'm not losing because I'm just flat out eating too much. What do you think?

I am not sure I will add a little cheese to my diet but if it works for you I say go for it!
I am on day four and not lost anything so don't get discouraged cocacolathomas it will happen that is what I keep telling myslef
