i have a problem!!

hi, can anyone help me? on day three of my diet and meeting some very old friends tomorrow for lunch at a carvery, tomorrow is banana day, could i swap days and have some beef? dont want to feel rude and eat nothing!! smiley-sad but really trying to do this diet to!!

Hi louise,
I do not do bannana day at all and repeat day 3.  I would concentrate on eating all the veggies they will allow--lg salad, steamed veggies and if you have to have meat choose the leanest you can that is not fried..do they have grilled chicken breast? but if not only eat a small portion then the next day do day 3 again

Just my optinion..I have been in the same spot before

i just wondered also, as you know i'm on day three and have dropped 2 pounds, is this enough or should i be eating more soup?
