Well today is day 3 of my diet and I am very impressed. Before I had eaten or drank any water I'm down 5 pounds already! I'm thinking it could be all the water I'm drinking too, about 2litres of Perrier a day? I don't know but I'm hoping that my progress won't plateau.
Have any of you plateaued during the diet? For how long? and What did you do to try to correct it in the short amount of time this diet is for?
oh and how are the rest of you doing ? :p
