I just wanted to share some desserts I think will pass on this diet. The first is for fruit days. Cut up an apple, peach, or nectarine and sprinkle it with cinnamon. Microwave it for 2 minutes. It will be really hot, but the heating brings out the naturally sweet tastes, and it literally tastes like pie without the calories! You can also do this on banana day and add a little skim milk to it. It tastes wonderful! Also on banana day, you can make a banana milk shake that is super satisfying! The night before, cut up a banana and pop it in the freezer. The next day, blend up the frozen banana and 1 cup of skim milk. The milk gets frothy but the banana is frozen, so it's a thick drink and you don't have to add ice which would water it down. It's so good. Fozen banana chunks and frozen grapes also make yummy treats!
