start on csd again...

Hi all,

I'm starting on csd again today.  I haven't made my soup yet though.  I ate an apricot this morning, and I've packed an orange, peach, apricot, and a pear with me today.  I hope I have all the ingredients I need to make my soup at home.  Then after the csd I'm going to eat for one day and then go on the 3dd.  I need to lose about 10 lbs by August 30th.  I'm at 132 right now, lets see how well I do.  Good luck to everyone.

I know you can do it Emerald!  And I am here for you.  I too want to lose 10 pounds by the end of the month but I have so much more to go after that. LOL I look at what you weigh now and that would be my ultimate goal weight smiley-laugh  I am so jelous hehe

Sounds like you have all the fruit you need for breakfast but what are you going to do for lunch smiley-blink  just kidding

lol ya really, my stomach is already growling.  Everytime I'm determined to do this diet, and then when I actually do it, I hate it.

Hi all,  I have a question, is it useless to go on the csd when it's the time of the month?  Because I read some people were not getting results when they were doing the diet.  I'm not sure what to do.  I still have 3 weeks left for the wedding, so I have time to lose weight, but I'm wondering if I should do it while it's the time of the month or will I be wasting my time now?

You will lose the weight, maybe not as much but I would not worry about it just keep going.  What have you got to lose? haha but weight

Actually emerald it's funny you mention because when i first started CSD I was on that time of the month. Because all you're eatting is veggies, cabbage, and fruits you'll be a walking zombie/really unlively. At least that's what it was like for me. I followed the diet closely and didn't cheat at all. After the 7th day though I did loose 3 lbs. Not much like most people on this message board.. but it's still something. I'd be interested to see how other people did while they were on t heir time of month.

Hi Sprout

I will let you know in 5 day's time! It's my time of the month and I'm on day 3 now so we'll see..........so far no weight loss registering but I'm not worried yet. The last time I did this diet (which is the only other time I've done it) I didn't show a loss until day 5 or 6 either.

I started my "time" on the same day that I started day one so will be interesting this time!! I'm hoping I'll be an aberration and will lose More weight instead of less!! smiley-smile Wouldn't that be nice???

Interesting you all mentioned this, Im going through the same thing.  On day three of CSD and just started today.  I usually feel awful anyways and today Im just feeling very blah.  Looks like it wont be a productive work week!

Sprout, Lulu and csd,
I am at that age when I never know when it is going to be that time...well actally I take the pill and on my "off" week in theroy I am supose to do something LOL.  Anyway my point is I still have symtoms and I will occationally bloat but it all goes away so do you best to ignore it -- yeah as if that is possible
