Don't worry about the rice if you don't like it don't eat it! But I have used soy sauce, and oyster sauce to spice up veggies and on day 7 rice

I have done that too Katielou, when I do that I make about a cup/cup an a half of cooked rice then when I heat my soup I put in a few spoonfulls. If you put it in all the soup it get real soggy to me

Could you do a brown rice and veggie stuffed bell pepper? or cabbage roll?

I am new to this diet and just about finishing up day 2...looking forward to my baked potato.....I must say....that this morning when I woke up to day 2....I had a feeling of well-being....that's the only way I can describe it.....looking forward to the days ahead....hope I'm doing this right...I have never posted anything ever before...:blush
