What do you eat for Breakfast on day 2 since we are just suppose to have veggies??

TaTa, one thing you can make is to take 1/2 of the baked potato you are allowed on day two and grate it, then put it in a pan with non-stick spray and make mock hash browns

I love it this way then have the other half of your potato at dinner

I've also found sugar-free ketchup at my grocery store and it would be heaven on those hash browns.  What a great idea!


I lost 32 pounds in 3 months doing the New Cabbage Soup Diet and have stayed at 124 for the last 3 months eating and exercising sensibly!  You can do it too!
Update I'm now down to 121 and counting.
Update as of 9/12 I'm 120!
After my recent bout of CSD 10/6 I'm 117.6

Glad you all like the thought!   I am sure there are other ways to fix our veggies that will make us feel like we are cheating when we are not
