Veggie recipe. Where'd everyone go?

Wow the forums been dead.  Where'd everyone go?  Ok here's a recipe I like.

Slice asparagus, zuchinni and yellow squash into pieces.  Spray a pan with Pam and bake until soft about 10 or more mintues.  While baking slice up tomatoes, artichoke hearts, cucumbers and black olives and mix in a bowl.

When the veggies are done baking mix them with the cold ingredients.  Add salt, pepper, garlic and any other seasonings you like.  I also mix a little fat free feta or low-fat parmesan which of course is optional.  If you don't use the cheese definitely use some fat free spray butter. 

It's really good with cooked chicken added to.  You can add any veggies you like.  Yum!


I lost 32 pounds in 3 months doing the New Cabbage Soup Diet and have stayed at 124 for the last 3 months eating and exercising sensibly!  You can do it too!
Update I'm now down to 121 and counting.
Update as of 9/12 I'm 120!
After my recent bout of CSD 10/6 I'm 117.6

I am guessing it is because the board is so slow.  I personally would hate to see the board disappear altogether but not sure what can be done about it. 

Sounds like a tasty recipe.
