I had loads of soup yesterday and couldnt face anymore - so for my evening meal I tried this, it was really delicious and I would eat it even if I wasnt on the diet!
I bought a packet of stir fry vegetables but here is what was in it:-
cabbage
beansprouts
carrot - grated thick
beansprouts (I picked those out)
mushrooms
To this I added:-
more mushrooms
water chestnuts (not sure about these but they are soooo nice and crunchy)
Put all in a wok with a bit of soy sauce, add some garlic and a tsp of chilli sauce (not sure about this either!).
Just before serving add some fresh coriander - I put quite a bit in but it depends if you like it.
Yum yum, it has given me the will to carry on - I really struggled on day 1 but am all raring to carry on - havent got on the scales yet but am feeling really great.
