I just registered so I could post this same question.  I would also like to be able to go to the last post read so I wouldn't have to go through the whole thing.  Maybe the pages could be listed so you could just go to a specific page of a post.

I've been lurking for a few days.  I enjoy reading everyone's experiences.  I haven't tried the cabbage soup yet.  I plan to soon.
