lettuce
cabbage
tomatoes
any other veg.
cooked beef or chicken strips
red pepper strips
small mushrooms
tbl crushed garlic
your favorite seasoning
In the bottom of a large bowl, place lettuce, cabbage, tomatoes and/or any other veggie you choose. In a skillet, heat chicken/beef, red pepper, mushrooms and garlic on high heat for about 5 mins. (you may have to add a small amount of water if mixture sticks.) Place skillet mixture over top of bowl mixture. (no salad dressing is needed and you can add your favorite seasoning once finished)
