I am on day 3 and not really looking forward to day 4. I LOVE bananas - Skim milk - Not so much. I have not really lost that much weight (maybe 1 pound) that I know of as of yet. I KNOW i cheated on day one and ate a godiva truffle before I went to the gym - but I have really stuck to it. I decided that I will blend teh rest of the cabbage soups and cream it with skim milk and see what happens on day 4. I dont think I can stand it anymore.
Last time I did this, I gained on day 5 and 6 - a LOT. However, I do think that its a lot more successful this time round and I might have gone overboard with teh beef.
I am not THAT big to begin with, but I will be if I dont do something now..I am about 10 pounds overweight and I was hoping to lose half that. Does anyone know what happens after you stop the diet and also when you lose the most weight?

hi good idea to get rid of the weight before it weighs you down wish i did well when you finish the diet if you dont eat sensibly after it youll gain it all back so get a food plan happening now so you know what you should and shouldnt eat and plenty of exercise just walking every day is a great way to burn fat good luck cheers

Because it's technically a crash diet, you will probably put some of the weight back on over a period of time afterwards, but that's what I did. I didn't feel like I was putting on weight though - I still felt slimmer than before it! It makes any diet you go on afterwards feel miles easier than it did before! And I've never gone back to the weight I was beforehand, so it was so worth it, because I managed to go below a weight I had not managed to go below for years, even with trying really hard.
And good on you for going to the gym etc!!!

On milk day I like to mix my milk in my soup then you get a creamy soup which makes a nice change and then you don't have to drink the milk (or at least not so much)

I find that you start noticing the weight loss on Day4 (banana/skim milk). You will definately continue to lose after the 7days are over. Banana day seems boring because you only have two choices, banana and milk. Here is a way my co-worker and I used to make it more exciting. 1) Banana cereal. Slice banana in a bowl of skim milk, it is suprisingly filling. 2)Plantains. Did my research and found that it is a part of the banana family. I would bake or grill slices of ripe plantains so I actually feel like I'm eating something solid that day. If you make the slices really thin, you can eat it like chips, as a snack. 3) Banana smoothie. Not my favorite but, I know people who blend banana, milk and crushed ice. Hope this helps.
