HI . NEWCOMERS..I STARTED IN MID AUG, AND TODATE HAVE LOST 25LBS....I BREAK IT A BIT BY HAVING COFFEE WITH DIET SWEETNER EVERYDAY.....ITS HARD 1ST THING IN THE AM, BUT JUST THINK HOW NICE IT WILL BW WHEN OLD CLOTHS FIT AGAIN..I'M DOWN TO 200 AND WOULD LIKE T DROP ANOTHER 10...HANG IN EVERYONE...BOB

I hope to be as consistent with it as you have. Resisting the temptation to take my need for weight loss to seriously. I want to lose and enjoy myself while doing so.
I'm sure you'll have little difficulty lose the next 10 it seems you've done well so far.

Today is my first day as well.Isnt the soup gross. The fruit is nice though. I had 2oz of wheatgrass juice for my own well being. I am irritable already. i plan to lose 30 pounds.
Good luck 2 u and keep me updated if u like about your progress since we both started to day.

Today was day 2 for me. much tougher than yesterday.
Had carrots and attempted to make stir fry spinach and mushroom with just water and garlic.... uh.... it was so gross that I wasn't even hungry anymore the whole rest of the day LOL. May be that's the way to go.
Though, potato was very yummy.
Looks like I lost 2 pounds already... but believe they are all just waste and water... will see how it goes for the next few days.
