Don't over do. If it says have 6-8 cups of soup have 6.................U will feel gr8 and not bloated...................................and pls divide ur meals into pre-breakfast, snacks and dinner...............choose the right food type at the rite time that is all i can say. AFTER ALL WE ARE ALL SAILING IN THE SAME BOAT....................WE ARE EACH OTHERS STRENGTH...........AND MOTIVATORS....
