Can you have equal in your green tea on the first day? I know it says no sugar, but is equal consider sugar?Thanks,MindteeqGood Week To All.Tomorrow is my first day ever to try the CSD.

I suspect the answer is "no artificial sweeteners". But I also suspect that most people ignore that.
I always had diet tea from snapple or arizona and always lost the weight. i dont think you should worry about it.
