It's only a 7 day diet and you were already on day 5. You can't expect to start eating healthier if you can't control your cravings for 7 days 
Don't start over, stick to the diet and drink lots of water

I always thought that i was very weak when it came to foods. However doing this diet I stuck to it without cheating. I amazed mself. I never had anythin that wasn't on the diet. I had my favorite Fugi apple sitting right on my desk for the last three days and I never thoguht to bite it.
May I ask the original poster, what made you eat the pizza.
And to others viewing this. Didn't you taste the difference in your mouth when you had meat again?
