i went to a restaurant today.
im so guilty. iate chicken breast. and i cant. but i was hungry. i also ate a salad but still. i didnt cheat. i just had to conform to the circumstances. ugh... i hate this
tommorrow im just continuing with day 4. im super motivated and it sucks because i hadnt cheated and i had to eat so much damn leafsand to throw it all away in an hour was overwhelming. on top of that i had dessert. oh man.
should i skip eaiting protein on day 5?

what i ended up doing is to repeat day 3 and so instead of being on day 4 im on day 3 and tommorow ill eat the bananas and stuff and just continue on
by the way i gianed a pound.(the chicken & dessert)
which ill lose today, hopefully.
<b>oh is it possible to switch the cabbage soup with raw cabbage</b> cause thats what i did today. if not i stil have to time to eat the soup.
also, can water make you dizzy? i drank at least 9 cups of water today. and going upstairs was horrible.
