Hello

Hi well I will be starting the diet tommorow, in the last month i have lost about 5 kg just going to the Gym but i need a bigger kick start.
Well I weigh 82 kg and want to get down to about 72 kg any less than that and i look ill.
I started going to the gym to give myself some self confindence I is working but i still wont shower there i come home and have the shower at home.
I have gone through this site and think it is fantastic.
I did this diet back in 1999 and i did loose some weight how much i can not remember.
my biggest problem is my belly it looks as though i am 9 month pregnant which i am not.
Well here it goes for tommorow my soup is now simmering away on the stove lovely purfume
thanks for the great site
i will log on regularly
ciao

Re: Hello

Welcome to the site taking charge smiley-smile

They say you shouldn't work out while on this diet but all i do is sit ups because i don't like my stomach either.
I usually do 100-200 sit ups a day and trust me by the end of day my stomach feels so much better.
And the soup helps because i cannot keep any thing down and find myself going to the bathroom a lot, so i am sure this diet will help your belly as well smiley-smile

Good luck to you and keep us informed on how you are doing smiley-smile

Re: Hello

Thanks for the info on the gym.
I have probs doing ten sit ups LOL
I think i may just do the pilates for this week.
I survived yesterday and today is a lot easier for tonight i have planned my baked potatoe and the soup and some chinese style vegetables.
One of the best things about the diet is that it also eliminates going to the inlaws for 3 times a week for meals!!!!!!

Re: Hello

Aida I did my work out just reading your post up to 200 sit ups a day! I'm exhausted thinking about it. Good on you I say well done! You make me feel real guilty! lol!
Taking charge you made me really laugh consoling yourself by saying at least you don't have to go to your inlaws!
We need a sense of humour when dieting I say!
Good luck to you!

Re: Hello

I agree cleanses are a great thing to do,  but it is really hard to get back to that flatter tummy, especially after having children.  I have worked that area and it's improved, I mean I'm not expecting to get back to how I was before kids, but it's got to be able to get better than this.  Good luck, I know a lot of women (and men) struggle with this area.  Take care, Barb
