Is this site really SLOW today or just me?
This site seems super slow today, (Mon. 5-14) any one else experiencing that? I have high speed internet and it's never like this, must be just the site huh?

Mine was slow too yesterday but if you've been surfing a lot you pick up lots of garbage on route! I went to internet options and deleted all my temp files, cookies and history then it speeded up a lot!

I do that every day anyway but this one seems just very slow and I get impatient since I'm not used to that. I gets it's still a miracle when you think we are communicating across the globe to each other in a matter of seconds! (See to me, waiting for more than 10seconds is SLOW!)

GOOD MORNING darling I've been missing you, it is so boring sometimes in the morning until u lot get up and start posting lol!
Mine is slow now too and I only got it at the beginning of the year! When it's your hubby's job like mine your own computers never get fixed! We're all addicts in our house so we have 5 on line at times lol! Mine slows sometimes cos my son is downloading films and stuff!

We only have one and its my first, so I m a total novice! I don' know ow to do anything that's why I ask so many questions!

Good on you you're doing brilliantly then so quickly. It's a lifeline isn't it? I met my husband online too lol!
I'm trying to teach my parents who are both 82 at the moment and my mum is doing great with emails now and emailing her cousins in the States and everything. She's learnt how to Google too lately and she emails me to buy things she's found on the web as she hasn't sussed paying on line yet she is too scared so I do it get it delivered then she pays me back. She'll be in chat rooms next bless her!

How cute! My father and stepmother do everything on line! My father is very sharp, 84 and still does some consulting for businesses, my stepmother (19 yrs his junior) is a pistol too! We are best friends!
My 84 yr. old mother on the other hand does not even know how to work the answering machine on her telephone!! Ha Ha! So no computers for her! She is very actice phyically, but the mind is not so sharp any longer. It's sad but she s so happy and has such fun that at least her last years will be happy for her!
