hello to all. I did this diet in the summer and lost 11 pounds in a week. I have however I resumed my eating and gained it back and them some:(.......So i will be starting in the morning..........no soup though.....I will be doing veggie smoothies with the same ingredients as well as the rest of the food recommended. I will keep you all posted:)

no exercise...............this time I will. I need to get in the habit of some sort of exercise everyday. I followed the diet exactly. This time I am going to make the soup into more of a v8 dring.

Hi all,
I am a newbee here.......I have been trying to loose weight since a year but couldn't and now my wieght has started increasing. I have never done any diet and this is my first time.
I am starting it tomorrow 12/15 and not sure if I will be able to loose weight at all or not.
But I really need help and motivation to do it. I am pretty depressed about my weight and it is affecting everything as I am thinking about it 24/7.
I know doing anything with positive attitude always works. I will try to be positive and follow the whole procedure.
Any moral support will definetely help and your experiences.
I will be posting every day , going forward.

I'm on day 2 of the CSD. Veggie Day!! Looking forward to a baked potato for dinner. And of course all the soup I can eat! My hubby wants to join me on the diet, so that makes it much easier
