Hey, I'm starting this diet today. I'm going out for the ingredients now (should've done it last night) but anyway...
I know I'll like it better cold, so I'm planning on putting it in a blender. My questions are:
- Do you cook all the vegetables before you put it in the blender?
- Once you blend it and put it in the fridge, how long does it keep?
- Does this blender method really have the same effect as eating it like a soup?
I'm sure all of these questions are answered somewhere on this board, but it's hard to search around because this forum runs really slow for me for some reason.

I personally never blended the soup but I think it produced the same results. First cook the soup and then blend it. I kept it for 4 days and then the supply finished and I had to make more!
