Canned soup?

I want to start CSD today but didn't have time to make the soup last night. Is there a widely available canned soup that can be substituted in moderation--at least to get me through till tonight?

Re: Canned soup?

Hello. Yes, I would love that, too.   There's quite a bit of work buying the stuff for the soup and making it.   But probably anything similar that you would buy would have fat and a lot of additives in it, which wouldn't be good.
I didn't have the soup ready either last Thursday when I wanted to start.  So I just ate fruit all day, went to the store after work, and somehow, with my child and husband wanting me to make them their supper and do a 100 other things, I got the soup finished around 9:00pm, and had about 5 bowls that night.  !!!
So just eat fruit all day and go to the store later and make the soup, even if you have a bowl or two late tonight.
After 4 days on the diet I've lost 5 pounds.

Re: Canned soup?

Go on the internet and look for "Cabbage Soup Diet"  but not THIS site.  there is one that sells the soup I think AND even Cabbage Soup Diet Pills!  See the thing is, they want your money!  Like I've said many times before, I think there is no chemical miracle with the soup but it fills us up with negative calorie food so we aren't starving all the time and crave other things.
I would not try to subtitute canned soup though, they are full of sodium and fat etc. maybe try to eat the veggies raw, or just follow it without the soup, as some have done that and lost weight also!

Yes, and if you can't make the soup tonight, just eat fruit and maybe vegetables all day, with no dressings or anything, and then start it tomorrow.
