

Hi everyone!
I haven't seen this mentioned here yet - wanted to share a tip - chewing gum! It is fantastic on veggie day. I presume it is allowed?!
I am on day 2. Tried the CSD 2 years ago, only made it to day 5 - so hope this time goes better. My total weight loss goal is 4 kg (9 lbs) so hopefully this will help a bit!
