I was on this diet two months ago and lost 8 pounds. I've gained about 1/2 of my weight and figured id go for it again.
Today is day one...no problem. i love fruit. however im dreading tomorrow.
Any suggestions on day two veggies? I need some fun new recipes.

Well I just about always make a stir fry with cabbage, carrots, green onions, brocolli, bamboo shoots, baby corn, zuchinni, yellow squash and bean sprouts. I first spray pam and saute minced garlic, then I add the veggies with a little water. You can flavor it up with garlic chilli paste, oriental five spice and/or salt & pepper. I use a tiny bit of lemon juice and add a little soy at the end. After it's finished I spray with the Wishbone 10 cal Asian dressing spray. Yumm!

Oh and on day 3 you can add pineapples. The sweetness is a great flavor with the spiciness.
