1st Day Wednesday!

Hi tommorows my first day with the diet.
I started today, but i failed and ate a chocolate bar smiley-unsure then I decided to have a regular dinner (chicken, rice & salad) so I will restart tommorow.
I've 'tried' the diet before, but I've never gotten far enough not to cheat.
I really want to suceed this time & was looking for a "partner".
Or just someone responding telling me how much weight you lost so far!
Ill be posting every day smiley-laugh

Just set your mind that you're going to do it this time, all the way through.  If you want to lose some weight, use that as your determination.  The diet does work, so best of luck with it.  The best thing is we do get another chance when you mess up, it's all up to you.  The message board is a HUGH help for me, just stay in touch and so many people will help to encourage you.  You can do it!!!  One week is not a lot, but I've heard some people that have lost atleast 7 (sometimes more) pounds on this diet and that is a lot.  Talk to you later.

Hey Hip

I'm starting today (thurs) if you need a partner I'd gladly help you, this is my second time on the diet and I have lost 6lbs so far.

I will also post everyday with you to track your progress and hopefully we can shed some pounds together!!

Also, can anyone tell me what they recommend for breakie on day 2 as this is the hardest day for me and I;m not to keen on butternut squash.

I am on day 3 and not feeling hungry at all. I'm almost wondering if I'm doing ths right. I've stuck to the diet of only fruit on lst day, vegetables on 2nd and now I get to enjoy both. I am only eating 1-2 bowls of the soup. Should I be eating more? Let's all stick together and get thru this.  Talk to you soon

Hi Tammy,

I love day 3 when you get to mix and match but my favorite is day 4 with the banana's and milk, yum.  I don't enjoy day 2 though I find this the hardest.

I think people may eat more but I too only eat 1-2 bowls per day.
