I'm new to the cabbage soup diet and was trying to decide which fruits and veggies would be best. I found this site and it has been a great reference. It has a lot of information on nutrition and weight-loss The best part is that it is great for calorie counters as well as those of us who are a bit lazier!

The Nutritional Target Map has been a great help trying to choose foods that are nutritious (and thus less side-affects from the csd) and also the most filling.
The Estimated Glycemic Load is also a good reference for good diet foods. The South Beach diet is actually based on choosing foods based on the Glycemic Index
