So, on the diet we can drink unsweetened cranbury juice, but when I try to find juice with no sugar added, I find ones with only natural sugars. My question is whether the natural sugars are ok or not?

Nope, I wish I could be in the UK though! I live in the US, and it's getting a little boring :p Thanks for the advice!

Hi All,
Do you know if the Diet Ocean Spray Cranberry Juice is sweetened with Splenda or some other artificial sweetener? I'm in a similar situation as Sally 22 and I'm having a hard time finding the Diet Ocean Spray Cranberry juice as well... I'm wondering if simply adding a couple of packets of Splenda to regular cranberry juice would do the trick to make the juice more palatable....?

I think what they are referring to is the "Light" Ocean Spray cranberry juice. It is sweetened with Splenda and has 40 calories for 8oz. but I did my week without any juice at all and did fine. I don't think it's 'needed' for anything, just a bonus or something. If you can't find it or don't like it..screw it! They also make a 100% juice (no sugar added) cranberry juice by oceanspray and it is good but 140 whopping calories a glass!! I would steer clear of it.
