TOMORROW IS MY MEAT DAY AND I REALLY NEED A RECIPE! I AM THINKING OF DOING GRILLED CHICKEN BREAST (SKINLESS) ON THE GRILL WITH GRILLED TOMATOES! WHEN I COOK MY MEAT CAN I USE SALT AND OTHER SEASONINGS? OR IS THAT PROHIBITED?

Go for it girlfriend!! Season your butt off, that's about the only thing that keeps us sane on this thing! and tho many have said it's best to avoid it...I love salt and use it heavy every day! Try sea salt, it's awesome!

I also season with salt freely on this diet. I figure I'm taking in so much water that I'll flush it out. (?)
If you care to use ground beef on beef days (which I do...and I just use the leanest ground sirloin I can find), you could season it with cayenne pepper, cumin and garlic powder, making it kind of like taco meat. Then eat it with chopped tomatoes and it's almost like a taco salad. I also added chopped jalapenos to the meat. On day 6, since veggies are allowed, you could also have lettuce and onions (really, you could probably have them on day 5 too).
I use the following rub on pork chops (it's not a CSD-sanctioned recipe, but I'm sure it's fine...just spicy seasonings, nothing illegal!), and I bet you could use it on chicken too, maybe even a steak...YUMMY!!! Using all these spices replaces a seasoning packet that would probably have sugar in it.
(Coats 4 pork chops)
1 Tbls paprika
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp rubbed sage
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper

Pork on meat day. Never thought of that until I saw your recipe.
I made myself late for work one day recently watching Rachael Ray do "pork medallions" which i changed to plain old pork chops. DEEEELISH:
Rub pork (chops, medallions, cutlets, whatever) with:
Orange zest
cumin
cayenne
cumin
salt
I added chopped/minced fresh ginger to the orange zest. Rub pork with this and sizzle on medium flame in olive oil. No flour!! Deeeeeeeeelish. It was worth every minute that i had to scramble to make up for being late. You can leave out any of the ingredients just as long as you have the orange zest, salt (and my ginger inspiration.) Wow! I'm not a foodie, but watching her "invent" recipes, makes me want to cook more --- which is a real problem since I'm already a very successful CSD (lost 30 lbs.) advocate.
