Hi, ppl
I am starting my diet today. Its monday 4th of June.
My age: 24.
Sex: Male.
My current weight is: 206LB ~93KG.
My height is: 6FT ~ 72INCH
My target is to eventually get to 180LB.
My target for this one week thing is to lose 5LB.
I am trying this crash dieting thing where i would drink alot of water, eat as little as possible (which i will post here) and try to do some exercise.
Lets see how it goes.

its not about restraining yourself from food, its about getting a healthy outlook on it. Eating the right things veggies fruit lean protien. Not starving yourself, you may lose weight in the beginning but you will throw your body into starvation mode which your body will retain any calroies and fat that comes into it because it thinks you are starving. Also I tried this before and I gained weight so dont do it your body needs a certain amount of calories per day to fnction properly. So my suggestion would be to eat three meals a day small portions of grains veggies fruits and lean protien and 2-3 snacks in between that involve some sort of protien or grain. eat healthily and exersize and you will lose weight! Thank you for the advice.
My usual eating habits are a bit weird, not good.
I eat a small snack, or nothing for lunch and one big meal for dinner.
I will try to speard it during the day and eat a variety of foods.

Didn't eat anything all day.
Jogged for 3ml in the evening.
Ate dinner: Two Cans of Coca Cola, two Bread, 6 pieces of spicy fried chicken.

Didn't eat anything all day.
No exercise today.
Ate dinner: One Can of Coca Cola, One Ham Burger (large) with everything in it + cheese. + One Apple.
