I'm not sure what the KG measure out to be.. but I am on day two and today for breaskfast I had a giant bowl and fresh green beans, I've also had brussel sprouts, broccoli and 2 bowls of soup and tons of pickles.
Good Luck

Bake a Butternut squash! It is filling and wonderful! I usually just have soup! For me, just because it's morning, doesn't mean you have to eat 'breakfast' food!

I find the thought of cabbage soup for breakfast just a step too far, but in many ways it's the easiest option! On the second day, I usually cook tomatoes and mushrooms and add a little sauce - it's almost as good as an English fried breakfast by minus most of the calories!

Hi NTAGATF,
I don't like vegetables much either but I force myself to eat it because it's good for you. You are only 55 kg? I think thats already small. But yeah in this diet it is possible for you to go down to 52 kg. Just drink lots of water and exercise if you can.

Some people continue to have a fruit snack on the non-fruit day, on the grounds that it's better than reaching for the chocolate instead! You could always continue to have an apple for breakfast - pretty low cal after all.

I agree with Jenx and others. I will save a piece of fruit like an orange over from day 1. Can't get myself to eat soup for breakfast. I really don't think anyone ever became overweight eating a apple.
Day 2 is really hard, if eating a piece of fruit can keep you from snacking on something unhealthy then do what you gotta do. Just remember the baked potato and that it gets much easier toward the end of the diet.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news but unless you are a midget you are already probably at a healthy body weight. This diet really doesn't do much if you have less than 10 pounds to lose. Yep you might lose a few pounds due to water loss but you're going to gain it back the minute you start eating normally even if it's healthy eating. This diet is a great way to jump-start if you have more than 10 pounds to lose or just need to lose a few for a special day or evening but if you're already thin, you'll just be frustrated.
I did this diet for a few months off and on and lost 20 pounds. No matter what I did I couldn't make that remaining 10 pounds budge until I started exercising and eating low-fat and low-cal. Now I'm at 124 which is more than you and keeping it off.
Good luck whatever you try.
