

There is this grill I want to take my husband too.. and I was thinking maybe on day 6 because it's all meats and veggies and they grill it up for you.. but is it ok to mix chicken and beef? I would think it would be ok.. I mean chicken has less calories than the beef.. but maybe I just wont have beef and just chicken.... or just beef and no chicken...???

I think you need to stick to one or the other on meat days. Don't have a logical reason why just a gut instinct

Mix it up any way you want. The highest protein/lowest calorie food is seafood such as shrimp, lobster or crab meat. The key on this day is to avoid the high carb foods like rice, potatoes or anything with sugar or white flour like bread. Good luck!
