Well, i am tryiong once again to lose the weight. I am under a lot of stress right now and I feel the pounds slowly creeping back on. will be starting CSD tomorrow 24 June and plan on combining it with exercise.

Hi. I am starting today. I guess you might be on day 2? Anyway, how is it going? I have definitely been putting on the weight also. My goal is to get down to 160 soon! I am now at 168. Hoping this week will do it. Wishful thinking perhaps. I'd be happy if I just lost 3 pounds though and got down to 165. I can diet and exercise the other 5 off within a few weeks I think. Then make a new goal...How was your first day?
