Well good luck, we are here to help support you. I have taken carrots, regular onion and mashed that once cooked in broth and added to regular soup...makes it thicker and different.

Tomorrow will be day 3 for me!! Good luck! Day 1 was not that bad, I ate a big variety of fruit, so that made it a little better. I also treated myself by freezing some of the fruit, nothing like a frozen grape!!
