Can someone give me some advice.

This diet really is way off from what I'm normally doing when dieting, I have a question for someone and that is if I just do the soup a day and not do much fruit or milk or the rice, can I still lose? or is the combination here the key factor to this diet? When Im normally doing carbs I have to watch all this veggie intake, so this is alot of carbs for me, but should be less calories , I have no problem doing very strict diets so I guess what I'm asking is if I can do less here on this diet and still accomplish the weight loss.

I think you would loose without the fruit, milk or rice. But why? I don't think it would be a huge difference as far as pure poundage loss. Its more of a negative cal diet type thing.

The requirements of the milk, etc is to provide neded nutrients that are missing from this diet.  You can substitute vitamins to make up for the items that you do not want to include.  YOU MUST PROTECT YOURSELF FROM NEGATIVE SIDE EFFECTS IE MALNUTRITION.
