It seems as though this diet is pretty effective, and I am in the serious need of inch loss .... any tips and advice would be awesome ...

I am getting married in two months and would like to shed a few more pounds but mostly inches.

Also, I would like to hear of all of your success stories

Re: inch loss too?

Well I started this diet in February and did it first and then switched to the newer version plus allowed myself a serving of Fiber One.  I did one week on and one off.  I went from 158 to 128 in less than 3 months.  I'm now at 121 and that's by keeping my calories under 1300 and exercising.  I'm not too sure of inches lost  but I went from a size 13 to about a size 8.  You can do it too!

I lost 32 pounds in 3 months doing the New Cabbage Soup Diet and have stayed at 124 for the last 3 months eating and exercising sensibly!  You can do it too!
Update I'm now down to 121 and counting.
Update as of 9/12 I'm 120!
After my recent bout of CSD 10/6 I'm 117.6

Re: inch loss too?

csd novice; basiclly you get 8oz of skim milk or yogurt a day that is really the only big difference--you can't mix them though it is either one or the other
