This is a great place for support for the good days and bad. We have all been there! I hope you reach your goal no matter what the time frame.
We will cheer you on as the weight melts off, curse with you on those time when the weight seems stuck to you worse than glue and prop you up when you are feeling blue.

Just saying HI. I am onto my 4th day tomorrow...it's kind of exciting that each day focus's on different foods and some days one can be quite creative...make yourself a BIG pot of soup and you are on your way!

I'm doing just great!...looking forward to my banana shakes! Going to finish up my first pot o' soup (6 qts) and make another tomorrow.....I believe the soup is key to this woe.....you NEVER...EVER have to go hungry....and one can be very creative in making it different and exciting with the right touches............

BSL sounds great, and yes the whole point is to never be hungry!
I am glad you will enjoy your shakes, I would always skip day four and repeat day three, I can't drink milk and banana's and I are not best buddies LOL
