Hello Calena34. I started 9/30, Day 1 was good. Day 2 has been pretty good. I was worried about breakfast cause what veggies do you eat for Breakfast. but got lots of ideas from my post I did.
I am pretty sure we can do this for 7 days.
the apples with cinimmon on them cooked in microwave for 2 mins. WERE GREAT!
For lunch I have mixed veggies saulted, green beans, tomatoes and Cabbage soup! Yummie...
Good luck and keep in touch.

Good luck both of you! This diet is definitely worth it and if you look at it in the sense that it's only seven days of your life and it's seven days where you might feel "tortured" but at the end you feel so much better.
You can do it!

Hi Calena 34...This too is my first day on the Cabbage soup diet. My daughter is getting married on the 13th of Oct. and I am desperate to loose a few lbs before the big day! Nothing like procrastinating! Anyways, my soup is on the stove cooking right now....Smells really good so we'll see! Good luck to all!

I'm on day one today as well. I haven't done the diet for several months but feel as if I need a good detox. I'm living proof that this diet can work. The only suggestion I have if you plan on doing this diet off and on long term is to maybe add some weight training nothing major just something to work out those muscles. After I had my baby, I lost a lot of weight fast using this diet but still looked untoned. Once i started weight training and resistance training I got that definition back.
Good luck ladies and any men out there. You can do it and even if you make a mistake or cheat,.. don't beat yourself up. We've all done it!
