My wife and I would really like to give the Cabbage Soup Diet a try but we have one concern. My wife is very intolerant of bananas. She loves the taste of them but they don't react well with her stomach. She gets extremely bad stomach cramps that really lay her low for a while. What can she do on banana day as a substitution? Any help would really be appreciated.

Many of us have the same problem with either the banana's or dairy. The easiest and most comfortable for me is I just do day 3 over then move on to day 5

Bananas are very sweet and they are high in carbs...The point of the bananas are so you dont crave sweets!
Tell her to try watermelon, or mango, or any other fruit that has a large card count and sweet...but fresh fruit only!!! She will be fine....
