

If you add chicken or beef bouillion cubes it has all the salt you need. I added 2 chicken bouilion cubes to mine and it was plenty salty without having to add table salt. Just a thought!

i've been using salt lots in my soup (along with lots of crushed red pepper for flavor) and it's been fine... day 6 and 7.5 lbs gone! other "extras" i've used this week are lemon pepper (LOTS), soy sauce, and just a couple dashes of splenda and cinnamon for one of the banana recipes listed in this section. check it out!
