I've had it! I've been binging constantly since Halloween and haven't been able to get back on track. I've decided to try the Cabbage Soup Diet to try to break all these nasty eating habits and break-up my binge-eating behavior. Can anyone relate to this? I don't really need to lose weight, but WILL if I don't do something quick! (I will be going shopping tomorrow for all my ingredients; I am so excited!)
