Hi everyone, just a report in to say I am down finally 4lbs and on day 4 which I must say is the hardest day at moment for me. I did add the skim milk to some of the soup as someone suggested and the other skim milk I added to a low cal (no sugar) butterscotch pudding mix and chopped the bananas into it. I also ate some of the soup ingredients raw. I am trying to be so busy that I do not notice the day going by! I have sorted out my junk food husband, he has finally realised that he needs to support me and not to munch kettle fried chips in front of me, but actually the further I get into this diet I do not want the stuff he eats anyway!!! lol
Now I have finally broken through the 200lb where I have been yo yoing around and I intend to keep it down. I am going to go onto chicken tomorrow and make a curry with the tomatoes instead of beef and have beef the next day with veges as I can cook it with the veges in a slow cooker and make a nice casserole as I can also feed the hungry man, so almost something to look forward to.
I feel a lot more positive, excercising well and hope by end of Feb to be down at least 10lbs. Counting points again after this. I must be more vigilent though as I tend to add a few extra
Thanks for all the words of encouragement especially Sinead - you guys really help me along my journey to weight loss .

Hey Lillia, you are doing really well - some great ideas planned to see you through the next few days - good luck. Glad to hear the husband coming round a bit, sometimes it takes a little bust up to get out of your system before you can talk calmly about things!
If he wasn't going change his ideas, I was going to suggest hanging up a male model/fire-fighters calender in the kitchen just to get him worried and give him a wee reminder of what he should be striving for!
Best of luck with the rest of the week
