Re: is salad dressing ok?

There is no limit to how much soup you can eat.  Remember, the more you eat, the more you lose.

Salad dressing, on the other hand, well it is not allowed.  Especially the store bought stuff.

However, there are many here who have come up with creative ways of dressing their salad.  I'm just not one of them.  The salsa idea is pretty good because most of the ingredients in salsa are in the soup so it is legal every day.  Other things I have heard about is some recipe based on yogurt.

Sorry, couldn't be much help.  When this board truly gets up and running, with a recipe section, it will be much easier to direct people to that.  There are so many people here that are way better at such things than I am.

Re: is salad dressing ok?

I posted a recipe for Maga's creamy garlic salad dressing in a thread titled thigs to make salad better. It is illegal if you are going strict ,buttttt it came from the old boards from a very reliable csd veteran named Maga .I use it when I am csding
just use it sparingly and it does not affect my loss.it is very tasty too,I even use it when I am not csding, haha
smiley-smile Some people use lemon juice .I like salsa on mine sometimes,i have also used balsamic vinegar on mine too. These are just some ideas.
If we  get a recipe section I have a whole book of recipes I printed off the old boards when I was a faithful csd'er .I am thankful now that I printed them smiley-bounce
Good luck hope this helps you out.
