alright, I'm at the end of day 3 and have only semi-cheated (grabbed one protein bar on day 2)...but today I feel extremely bloated and that I might have gained weight. I might just be paranoid, but it LOOKS like i've put on a few in the stomach, which is usually not my problem area. What's going on??? Has anyone else experienced this?

I usually get severe bloating on day 1 from the fruit. It depends on food choices. I have a reaction to apples.
I can be so bloated that it is visually obvious. But that is still temporary. I still go on to lose 6-8 pounds each time.
