Hi everybody
this is my first day well so far so good
but i have a question regarding day 2 and day 4
like what all vegetables can we eat????are cucumbers,zucchini vegetables???
and can i have unsweetened tea daily?????for 7 days
and for day4 ......baked chicken can i use some spices like chilli powder and turmeric,fat free yoghurt,lemonjuice,vinegar to marinate chicken before baking it
or should just have plain baked chicken?????
I will be glad if some one can help me out here

I think day 4 is Bananas and Skim Milk.
Day 5 is Chicken.
