I am on day 4 of the CSD and just realized on day 2 I was supposed to have a Baked Potatoe with Butter. How could I possible forget that RIGHT! I was just trying to get through the day. Do I need to start over. Did I just mess up the whole diet. Is this going to affect my weight loss. dj21 |

Hi dj21, no don't start over. You didn't mess up anything. And btw you shouldn't use butter on the potatoe anyway. I didn't eat the potatoe either and I still lost weight. So keep going. |

Thanks Emerald. I'll keep plugging along. (But I looked at the recipe again, and it definitely said "reward yourself with a Big Bakeed Potato with butter". I hope I have the correct instructions. I googled CSD and that's what came up. |

oh really, maybe light butter is allowed. Cuz I thought butter was fattening and shouldn't be used. Oh well, your doing good. Keep going. Good luck |

dj21 -- sorry you forgot the baked potato but you can eat it on your next round LOL we have all done that at one time or another. I have not used butter but I have used the "I can't beleive its butter" spray... |
