Day 1 for me tomorrow as well. I have been on this before, but by day 3 couldn't even bare the thought of more cabbage soup. I tried variations in the recipe which helped. I'm glutten for punishment, but feel this is a great way to kick start a diet. Possibly try SB, never been on that before but it looks interesting. With Mom of 3 Boys and hubby, it's tough to plan and stick to anything. This forum will help. Wish me luck. |

tahlia........I never had a banana shake before, and when I came upon banana day...I thought...now what am I going to do. I made up a big shake with 3 bananas...1C skim milk...a good squirt of vanilla...and a shake or two of apple pie spice (which is cinnamon and nutmeg) 6-8 icecubes......... and... OH MY.........that's all I can say...whooo..hoo :) |

Thanks BrooksideLady. Soup is in the crock as we speak. I added a lot more spices to help the blandness. Any variation ideas are welcome! |

My3SonsMom...I like mine Italian style...garlic, oregano, basil, fennel seed, etc..........some use soy sauce or worcestershire sauce (Annie's naturals organic) is a good one..I also put in a dried red hot pepper, seeds and all. Instead of using the optional v-8 juice...I use a small can of tomato paste( which usually has no added salt or sugar)...you have to tweak it to your liking............. :) |
