Hi everyone!
I'm on day 3 of the CSD, but it's my first time in this forum.  So far so good, i've had a lot of inner struggles with 'to cheat or not to cheat'.  But the fact that this diet has a defined time line has certainly helped a lot!  I must say the soup is not horrible but it's no cheeseburger either..LOL
So far i've lost 4-5 lbs. at least that's what my scale says in the morning.  Is this about normal?  How much do people usually lose at which points in time?
Also does anyone have any suggestions about the tomato day?  I have no idea how i'm gonna eat (was it 6?) tomatoes???
All I can keep thinking is only 4 more days to go after today! Yipee!!!

Hi Northerngirl,
Wow 4-5lbs, good for you. Yes this is normal.  Most people on their 1st time they lose about that much and more.  Keep going, and good luck

Personally I love slicing up fresh tomatoes or even using canned stewed tomatoes (look for ones with no added sugar) then topping with garlic, sea salt, pepper and italian seasoning.  On your non-diet days this is  good with a little bit of low-fat parmesan too.

Wow great job northerngirl!  You are doing wonderful, don't worry if you can't eat that many tomatoes it is not going to effect the overall out come.  That inner struggle is normal too and you are right the time line does make it seem like there is light at the end of the tunnel

keep us updated on your progress
