Hi all,
My name is Natalie and I started the CSD yesterday so I'm up to day 2. I'm finding it quite easy except for the constant running to the bathroom :-)
This will be a kind of a blog for me and for all of you as to my progress over the next few months.
My plan is this
Current weight - no idea maybe 240pounds or so. I'm 6'1 too by the way
14 days on CSD 2 days Fruit Fast 1 Day Weight Watches 7 days CSD
Will see how it goes from that.

Whew! Youve got a lot of discipline! I'm doing CSD for the first time and on day 3. Im DYING for some meat or protein. I usually get a lot during my usual diet. Planning on doing Weight Watchers for at least three months after this. Got about 33 pounds to lose! (lost two since I started on Sunday.)

Well Just into day 4.
End of day 2 and 3 where horrible. My body almost shut down well felt like it anyway. I guess I went though withdrawals for both sugar and caffeine. I didn't break the diet though I managed to stick though it and survive.
Today my work pants a quite a bit lose. so mmm who knows I might of lost some weight.

Well the rest of day 4 was easy and just about finished day 5. I had a little bit of steak with some chilli powder on it and it was lovely.. mmm tonight will be the same.
I'm missing my fruit though.
I got a party to go to tomorrow but still will not break my diet. I'm soo soo going to lose weight

Ok. Today is my first day, again, on the CSD. It's fruits and soup today. I still some cabbage soup and I have a bunch of apples to eat.
I have to go somewhere later this afternoon. I know they're gonna want to eat dinner. What am I going to do then!!!
I'm going to have to see. Now If I loose 3 lbs while I'm on this diet again i'll be really happy.
ok Day#1 Breakfast - coffee and apples Lunch - cabbage soup dinner - cabbage soup

Good luck Chubbymommy7!! You can do it and you will lose at least 3 pounds I'm sure of it! Today is my last day on csd. Will weigh tomorrow.
I plan on doing a modified version of csd for a week or so next. Just going to add some meat, eggs and feta cheese and see how I go! Oh, and some yogurt.

Hello, I'm now back at day 1 as well. I made it to day 6 without any issue. Decided that i didn't like day seven so have a semi-break day. still eat most of the same stuff and now started back at day 1 again today.
I'm only doing Pineapple for my fruit today as going by another women on here it can really accelerate the weight loss.

Hello Novice. Well done on getting to day 7. It's quite an achievement.
So far my fav soup recipe is to boil the cabbage and then blend and use that as the base for the soup. I dislike solid cabbage and this seems to get around that.
I'm still not sure how much weight i have lost. I need to buy some scales. But my clothes are a lot loose on me. which is always a good thing. I'll get some scales by the end of the week, so it makes it easier to track things.

Hi All! I am finishing day 4 and I sure did enjoy eating all of those bananas and drinking the milk. I was craving protein.
I cannot believe how poorly I felt at the end of day one. Also, on day 2 i started having muscle pain in buttock and both legs. Not sure why. Don't feel like I did on day 1 but still have muscle pain.
Looking forward to my steak tomorrow. I have only lost 2 pounds so far. Is that normal? This is my first time on csd. I feel like when I eat that steak I will gain it back and more!
That baked potato on the 2nd day was the best baked potato I've ever tasted! Will let you know how it goes.

Hello: my first day today. It's ok had some coffee though and I don't do mushrooms so not in soup. Will that hurt me losing weight?
